ARCA Resourcing is partnering with a pioneering aerospace business based in Bristol, which is pushing the boundaries of next-generation flight technology.

We are seeking an experienced-Electrical Design Engineer-to play a key role in the design, integration, and optimisation of electrical power distribution systems for advanced aerospace applications.

The Opportunity

• Develop and deliver-electrical design solutions-across low-voltage and high-voltage power distribution systems.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Software, Systems) to ensure seamless integration into complex aerospace platforms.
• Ensure designs comply with-industry standards, certification requirements, and safety regulations.
• Support prototype build, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide expertise in documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, and component selection.

About You

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in-aerospace or advanced engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of-power distribution systems-and electrical system integration.
• Familiarity with aerospace standards, certification processes, and compliance requirements.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines.
