AJ Chambers are working with a unique and dynamic law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ year''s PQE) to join their employment team.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex disciplinary and grievance mattersAdvise on all employer client matters within employment lawRedundancy processes and reorganisationsTUPE advice and business transfersEmployment Tribunal claims (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract)Senior executive exits and negotiated settlementsRestrictive covenants and post-termination disputesDrafting and advising on employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooksHR advisory support for retained clientsCorporate support on employment aspects of MandA and restructuringsAdvising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes Manage Tribunal litigation from pre-claim strategy through to final hearing where requiredSupervise and mentor junior lawyers and traineesKey RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 5+ year''s PQE in Employment lawStrong experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious mattersProven ability to run Employment Tribunal litigation independentlyExcellent drafting and negotiation skillsCommercially focused, solution-driven approachConfident in managing a significant caseload with minimal supervisionExperience supporting corporate transactions from an employment perspectiveEnthusiasm for mentoring junior colleaguesBenefits:Flexible hybrid working25 day''s holiday pl
