Full-time Permanent A well-established and respected South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to lead and develop its Employment offering from the firm''s Doncaster office. This is a unique opportunity for a confident and commercially minded employment lawyer who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the employment caseload. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm''s existing client base while helping to further develop and grow the employment law offering. You will advise on a broad range of employment matters for both employers and employees, including:Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolutionDrafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies, and proceduresAdvising on disciplinary and grievance processesRedundancies, restructures, and settlement agreementsProviding practical HR and employment law advice to business clientsThis role would suit a newly qualified solicitor with strong employment experience or a more experienced solicitor who is confident managing their own matters and building relationships with clients.
