SAVA is hiring a thoughtful and experienced UX/UI Product Designer to help design our flagship mobile app from the ground up — the core interface through which our users can understand, manage, and reclaim control of their health. This project is about deeply understanding individuals’ needs and translating messy biological data into clarity, action, and empowerment. You’ll play a pivotal role in a small, high-performing team across the entire experience from blank canvas to launch and beyond. Design the end-to-end user experience of our consumer mobile app (iOS and Android)Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to cross-functional teamsTransform complex health data into clear, user-friendly interfaces and visualisationsBring Sava’s vision and strategy to life (in collaboration with the Product Manager and Clinical teams), aligning with business objectives and user needsBuild and maintain a cohesive, scalable design systemConstantly iterate based on real-world feedback and product performanceHelp define and evolve our design culture as the company growsWhat We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong craft, clarity of thought, and a real sense of care for the end user. You will bring:5+ years of mobile product design experience, ideally in digital health, wellness, fintech, IoTExperience driving large scale projects (e.g. app redesigns, major product iteration, new verticals)Strategic thinking, polished interaction and visual design, and measurable business/user impact, evidenced by an impressive portfolioStrong, demonstrated track record of simplifying complex data into user-friendly interfacesClean visual design senseAbility to understand technical implications in the design decisionsHigh UX focus and understanding of human behaviourMastery of common design tools (Figma)Collaborative, proactive mindset with low ego and welcoming attitude towards feedbackBonus Points For
