Hearings Team Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to manage and inspire a remote team responsible for delivering a high volume of hearings. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent customer service by fostering collaboration within your team and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards will be essential to supporting all hearing participants and ensuring smooth service delivery. Main Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesYour principal duties and key responsibilities will be: Effectively prioritise and manage work and hearings, ensuring the best use of available resources to meet business needs and identification of future resource requirements. Manage a team who works remotely in hearings, being able to coach and support direct reports to problem solve and overcome obstacles or issues to support the delivery of their work and the smooth running of all hearing types. Manage and lead the performance of the team by ensuring sufficient support, guidance and direction is provided and that human resource issues and any poor performance is managed quickly and effectively. Ensure the team operates, at all times, in compliance with the legislation, policies, practice notes, processes and guidance that govern the work of the team.
