Regulatory Specialist
Key Responsibilities Conduct research and evidence gathering to support the assessment of GSOPs within energy networks. Perform data analysis, including interpreting performance metrics, consumer impact data, and network operator information. Support the development of policy recommendations through evidence-based analysis and structured reporting. Assist in stakeholder engagement, including preparing briefs, summaries, and meeting materials. Contribute to project management activities, including planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to support regulatory decision-making and consultation processes. Prepare clear and concise documentation, including reports, presentations, and analytical summaries. Skills and Experience Required Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights. Experience or keen interest in the energy sector, particularly energy networks, is highly desirable. Understanding of regulatory frameworks, policy development, or economic analysis is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general data-handling tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid working environment. Additional Requirements Must be BPSS cleared.
