They are looking for a Property Service Charge Accountant to join their property services team. The responsibilities of a Property Service Charge Accountant: Review and supervise team members. Preparation of Service Charge Accounts for a variety of managing agents and individual residential management companies Client management Reconciliation of accounts and cashbooks Year-end expenditure reports Ensuring accurate accounts are produced and submitted to Companies House on time.
