My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Employee Experience and Wellbeing Lead on a Permanent basis. You will be responsible for crafting innovative strategies and overseeing the execution of projects that enhance employee engagement. What''s on offer:Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 based on experienceHybrid working Contract type: Permanent Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday About the role:Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead the creation, execution, and continuous refinement of the Council''s DEandI strategy, programs, and eventsProject manage the external sourcing of SBCs occupational health contract and Employee Assistance ProgrammeServe as the primary architect of employee experience and engagement across the CouncilAssume responsibility for the development and leadership of the Council''s holistic employee wellbeing strategyAbout you: You will have the following experiences:Extensive experience in a similar role.Educated to RQF level 6 (bachelor''s degree) or equivalent by experienceStrong, adaptable leadership showing resilienceLocal Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
