Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design and solution strategy for a major ServiceNow implementation spanning IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role will ensure that the platform is designed and configured to meet business requirements, align with best practices, and support long-term scalability.The ideal candidate will combine deep architectural expertise with strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into robust and future-proof ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities* Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, CSM, and related modules.* Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow platform designs.* Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and design principles for ServiceNow.* Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural direction.* Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.* Oversee and guide configuration, customization, Scripting, and integration activities.* Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and meet security and compliance requirements.* Create technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural diagrams.
