Role OverviewAs part of the project, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. The role involves leading cost planning, contract administration, subcontractor management and team supervision to ensure effective financial delivery of the project.Main Responsibilities Support the project in general QS and commercial issuesPreparation of cost estimatesWork with cost controller to manage and monitor the projects to achieve the objective and control budget cost for the projectProcurement and tenderingContract administration, variation, final account, etc.Preparation of narrative and supporting documents for claims submissionSecure full and timely entitlement to payment through payment application and final accountLiaise with construction project teams and provide guidance on contractual matters (scope of work, contractual responsibility of the project, contract duration)Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc.Preparation of sub-letting documents, tender analysis and participate in tender interviews with sub-contractors for obtaining major clarification in both condition terms and further concessions offered by sub-contractors.
