Helping with classroom routines and personal care

Promoting positive behaviour and participation

Contributing to learning plans and individual targets

Assisting with classroom preparation and resources

Providing regular feedback to teachers and support teams

Collaborating with staff and external professionals

What We''re Looking For:Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or working towards it)

Recent experience working in a Nursery or Reception setting

A nurturing, proactive, and adaptable approach

Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Strong communication and teamworking skills

Experience supporting SEN (desirable)
