About the Role:Our client is currently undergoing a Payroll system transformation, transitioning from Earnie IQ to ADP. To support this project, we are seeking a skilled Payroll professional to join the team on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.This role is critical in ensuring a smooth migration of payroll data and supporting the implementation of ADP. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuity throughout the transition.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the data migration from Earnie IQ to ADP.Collaborate with internal teams and ADP implementation partners to ensure a seamless transition.Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity.Identify and resolve any issues related to payroll data or system configuration.Provide post-migration support and assist with payroll processing during the transition period.Document processes and contribute to knowledge transfer for long-term payroll continuity.Requirements:Proven experience with Earnie IQ payroll software is essential.Previous involvement in payroll system transitions or implementations.Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Immediate availability or short notice period is required.What We Offer:Opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact payroll transformation project.Flexi
