Job DescriptionThe Property Development Solicitor should be able to:

Advise clients on corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

Draft and review key legal documents such as contracts and agreements.

Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate law and industry changes.

Manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

At least 3 years PQE in corporate law.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.

The ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
