to lead one of Londons most dynamic bar teams. This is a hands-on role for someone with confidence, creativity, and the ability to set the tone behind the bar.The RoleLead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver consistent, world-class service

Craft and execute cocktails with precision and flair, maintaining The MAINEs standards at all times

Support menu development, ensuring drinks are seasonal, innovative, and guest-focused

Oversee stock management, GP margins, and daily bar operations with accuracy

Work closely with the Bar Manager and senior team to drive performance and standards across the venue

What Were Looking ForPrevious experience as a Head Bartender or senior role in a high-volume, high-end London venue

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and current beverage trends

Natural leadership with a calm, confident, and hands-on approach

Financial awareness, including stock and cost management

Impeccable presentation, communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality
