Production Operatives - Food Manufacturing (Wrexham Industrial Estate)

We''re currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join Afternoon shift at a growing food manufacturing company based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business with ambitious expansion plans and a supportive team environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting at -12.50/hour, rising to -13.00/hour after 12 weeks


Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
Training provided on morning shifts 7am/8am start.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee production lines to ensure smooth operation

Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards

Liaise with team leaders and production staff

Maintain cleanliness and safety through general housekeeping duties


Ideal Candidate

Diligent and reliable with a strong work ethic

Team-oriented with a hands-on approach

Willing to engage in all aspects of the role including technical, manual, and housekeeping tasks

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
