Duties and responsibilities: Assist in monthly management accounts preparationReconcile Contracts module periodically to ensure procedures are being followedReconcile and clear Nominal Ledger accounts as instructedControl hire fleet invoicing, on and off hiring, asset registerInput and code cash book payments/receiptsMaintain accurate Fixed Asset/Demo/SDH/Used Write Down schedulesSupport any data entry into computer systemAssist in preparation of year end accountsMaintain Company petty cash recordsAdminister insurances, Company vehicle records, MOTs and TaxesPrepare VAT return quarterlyPrepare Bank reconciliationPeriodically check petty cash/parts floatsTo be aware of company policy relating to Health and SafetyComplete monthly Salesmen commission sheets for management approvalComplete analysis as requiredComplete monthly Sales Reconciliation to Purchase ledger following up outstanding itemsAllocate monthly support received from manufacturer and issue lists of outstanding support and chase sales management/manufacturer for outstanding itemsReconcile physical stock costs to vehicle stock moduleRelease Cost of Sale Provisions from stock module upon internal charge from Service Dept and verify discrepanciesVisit other depots periodically t
