Working mostly day-time hours with occasional high-end evening events

, you will be an integral part of our on-site food and beverage operation. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional experiences to a wide variety of guests, ensuring service standards are consistently met whilst motivating the team to strive for excellence.

Essential skills/experienceMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience in managing both people and processesExperience in and a clear understanding of stock management processesAbility to work as part of a wider business team as well as under own initiativeMust have the right to work within the United Kingdom (required)
