Accounts Assistant
RG Consultancy are pleased to be supporting an excellent organisation based in Wigan who are looking for a strong Accounts Assistant to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is reporting into the Finance Manager and will be joining a team of 5 within the department.Key Responsibilities:Process purchase ledger and sales ledger transactionsResponsible for all purchase ledger duties, manage and maintain the purchase ledgerProcessing invoices (including stock and overheads)Processing employee expensesBank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with month end journalsManage the accounts inboxPerform data entry and general administrative tasksProvide general office support as requiredPerson Specification:Experience working in an SME environment is essentialStrong organisational and administrative skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Working Hours:37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on start and finish times (office based)22 days holiday per year + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeFree parking
