About the roleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate LSA who is looking to gain hands-on experience with children who have SEN or Mental Health issues. You will also work closely with trained professionals such as child psychologists, speech and language therapists and pastoral support, allowing you to gain invaluable insight into the career you may want to progress into.

Responsibilities

Support students with SEN and Mental Health needs within the school setting

Collaborate with professionals (e.g., child psychologists, speech and language therapists, pastoral support)

Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and confidential environment

Qualifications

Have a degree in Psychology or a related subject

Experience or knowledge of supporting SEN

Excellent communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality

Warm and team-focused attitude
