Key Responsibilities include: Customer and Project Management: Manage projects from order through to delivery, acting as the main liaison between customers and internal teams. Technical Support: Produce and amend 2D CAD layout drawings and assist in resolving technical or installation-related queries. Logistics and Installation Coordination: Organise delivery schedules, coordinate installation teams, and ensure all required equipment and materials are in place.
