You will be responsible for leading teams chartered with infrastructure innovations that enable software engineers, research scientists, data scientists, ML engineers to deploy solutions at planet scale and meet Meta’s growing product and business needsBuild, manage and support diverse teams of software engineers and engineering managersProvide both technical and organizational leadershipForm cross-functional and cross-discipline partnerships to drive engineering effortsEstablish effective strategies and execute against themUphold a culture of respect, integrity, inclusion and innovationDemonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance managementMinimum Qualifications
