We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Nursery Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and nurturing team at a well-established nursery setting in Cannock (WS11 1RD).About the Role: Starting in September 2025, this full-time role (8:30am 5:30pm) involves supporting children aged 2 4 years, including those with additional needs. You ll work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to create an inclusive and engaging environment where every child is supported to thrive.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to promote children s development Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Foster children s emotional, social, and behavioural development Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and outside professionals Support with observations and contribute to individual learning plans Requirements: A Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable Experience working in a nursery or early years setting A patient, nurturing, and flexible attitude Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one
