Project Engineer - Advanced Metering InfrastructureLocation: Jersey Salary: Negotiable Depending on Experience Overview: We are recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to work for our clint on their Advanced Metering Infrastructure projects on the island of Jersey.This is a really exciting role that turn AMI system design into something that works safely, consistently, and at scale in the real world.As the AMI Project Engineer Field Installation Specialist, you will act as the critical link between system designers, business processes, vendors, and the people installing and commissioning equipment in live customer environments.The role will be heavily involved in translating technical designs and vendor documentation into clear, practical installation standards and processes that field teams can rely on, while also being the trusted technical escalation point when reality doesn t follow the plan.Your work ensures that AMI deployment is not just technically correct, but installable, repeatable, safe, and supportable, and that learning from the field continuously improves system configuration, training, and future rollout activity.
