Part time Administrative Assistant

Permanent - Part time 16 hours

-13 per hour.

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of Part time Admin Assistant.

*** Please be aware this is a part time position working 16 hours per week ***

Responsibilities:

• Scanning of documents
• Answering of telephone calls and filtering these to the correct personnel
• Chasing of outstanding purchase orders for both goods that are overdue and goods that are due soon and updating the order accordingly
• General Filing
• Meeting and greeting of visitors
• Data Input
• Administrative support to office staff
• To conduct yourself in a professional way during your working day to colleagues and superiors
• Any other duties requested by other members of the company as required (to include deputising for colleagues in periods of absence)

Requirements:

• Strong Administrative skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Work and Excel.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organisational skills
