You ll be responsible for maintaining and analysing workforce data, developing dashboards, and contributing to the improvement of HR systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and other university departments to ensure data integrity and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities Gather, validate, and maintain accurate HR data from multiple sources including EDI, Workforce, HESA, and Recruitment.Clean and standardise data in collaboration with HR Operations to ensure consistency and reliability.Generate regular reports on HR metrics suc
