I am looking for a dynamic Support Team Leader to take the helm of our supported living service in Lincoln. You''ll lead a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, ensuring exceptional care and compliance across the board. About the ServiceYour new service supports 10 individuals in their own flats, each with unique needs ranging from full-time support to independence-focused care. You''ll manage a team of 15 plus experienced staff alongside an assistant manager, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.What You''ll Be DoingLead monthly support sessions and team meetingsManage recruitment, interviews, and onboardingOversee rotas, leave, and training plansConduct audits (medication, finance, environment)Coach and role model best practiceEnsure regulatory complianceMaintain strong relationships with families and professionalsReport safeguarding concerns appropriatelyCollaborate with the East Midlands District teamAttend training (may include overnight stays) What I am Looking ForLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)Proven leadership experience in adult social careStrong understanding of person-centred suppo
