This role requires experience in new upholstery manufacturing, not just reupholstery. Candidates must have a strong understanding of furniture construction and be confident working through the full upholstery process from frame to finished product. Requirements: Proven experience in new upholstery manufacturing. Experience building furniture frames and structures from scratch. Skilled in working with frames, webbing, springs, foams, and fillings. Able to complete the full upholstery process to a high standard. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Pay starts at 20 per hour, with higher rates available depending on experience.
