Overview
We\''re recruiting for a CRM System Support Analyst to play a key role in ensuring our group CRM system, Xplan, and integrated systems run at their best. You\''ll be responsible for maintaining our CRM system and client portal, supporting users, and working on configuration and integration projects.Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system (Xplan), the Client Portal, and internal applicationsDeliver user support via the helpdesk (JIRA) — managing queries through to resolutionManage data feeds, licences and capabilitiesRun queries and reports to ensure data accuracyCollaborate with the Xplan Business Analyst on system configuration and business requirementsSupport operational integrations following acquisitionsContribute to wider project work as neededQualifications
Experience with a wealth management CRM (ideally Xplan) and user supportBackground in financial services/wealth management, especially supporting IFAs/advisersData migration experience and knowledge of best practiceStrong organisational and communication skillsA proactive, service-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality support and problem solving
