You will lead major projects that deliver a strategic estates masterplan that enables clinical priorities and organisational change. You will be trusted to own projects through every stage from options appraisal to practical completion and post project evaluation. Key responsibilities Lead day to day delivery of masterplan projects and other strategic estates work programmes. Produce and maintain core project documentation including business cases risk and issues registers communications plans project plans and benefits templates. Prepare and evaluate options appraisals and provide clear recommendations. Plan and manage project budgets and resources to deliver on time and to budget. Provide leadership to design teams consultants and contractors to drive quality and compliance with legislation and best practice. Support planning and building control submissions where required.
