Our central government client is seeking a highly experienced Lead AI Solution Architect to design and implement scalable AI solutions and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) that align with our client''s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional to ensure AI initiatives are robust, ethical, and deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities/ Experience RequiredLead the design of enterprise-level AI architectures and frameworks.Develop and implement Target Operating Models for AI adoption and integration.Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with government standards.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI strategy with business objectives.Experience with scaling AI solutions in complex, regulated environments is required.Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model governance, and ethical AI principles.AI technical experience including AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex and open-source AI/ML stacks.Contribute to reusable architecture patterns and support internal capability uplift.Background in regulated environments and ability to interpret complex technical requirements into deliverable solutions.Familiarity with risk-based AI assurance, DPIAs, data protection and transparency requirements.Strong communication skills to interface with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.A strong technical or development background is required along with the ability to discuss the details of a broad range of industry-standard
