You will manage day-to-day IT operations, deliver technical solutions, and contribute to improvements across the business.Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer: Provide IT support across a range of systems and applications, handling tickets and resolving issues efficiently.Manage user accounts, system access, and setups in Entra ID and M365.Support Windows 11, Intune, server administration, and VMware environments.Evaluate vendors, recommend solutions, and deliver training where required.Contribute to IT projects and initiatives to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team capability.
