What You’ll Be Doing

Lead month-end close for sales and production, ensuring accuracy across sales, costs, and inventory.Deliver performance insights on PandL, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.Automate and improve reporting processes to eliminate inefficiencies.Present commercial PandL packs to leadership.Advise sales teams on cost control, pricing, and inventory optimisation.Drive margin improvement through expert commercial analysis.Manage rebate accruals and annual customer rebate calculations.Build robust rebate models to protect product contribution margins.Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for commercial PandL segments.Challenge assumptions and align forecasts with strategic goals.Develop KPIs that link operational performance to financial outcomes.

What we’re looking for

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven success in commercial finance roles within sales, manufacturing, or constructionExperience with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft ExcelProven business partnering skills including analysisStrong grasp of standard costing and inventoryA proactive, independent mindset with collaborative spirit
