Customer Field Services team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.We''re looking for a Network Escapes Team Leader to play a vital role in delivering Yorkshire Water''s performance commitments for sewer flooding in AMP8. You''ll lead a team of Network Escape Technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance with Ofwat guidance and maintaining high levels of assurance across our ODI processes. Working closely with the Network Escapes Manager and other stakeholders, you''ll drive best practices, manage risks, and support the implementation of our sewer flooding strategy through tactical interventions and continuous improvement.In this role, you''ll provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, monitor changes in legislation, and ensure our reporting framework delivers accurate and reliable data.
