What You''ll Be Doing Repairing and replacing vehicle panels using approved methods and repair techniques. Stripping and refitting components to ensure correct panel fitment and alignment. Identifying and reporting additional damage outside the initial scope. Carrying out structural assessments and ensuring all vehicles meet post repair safety standards. Performing filler work to a high-quality finish, ensuring no pinholes and achieving smooth P180 results. Using a range of modern repair techniques including MIG brazing, spot welding, riveting and bonding. Applying anti corrosion treatments, underseal, and primers where required. Maintaining excellent workshop housekeeping and ensuring tools are kept in safe working order. Completing repair-stage quality checks and signing off at each stage. Skills and Experience Require
