Head of Sales – Semiconductor Design - UK at IC Resources. An exciting new company in the UK is looking for a Head of Sales to join the management team. This company plans to become a leading provider of semiconductor design services with a focus on addressing the UK’s long-term skills needs. This is a home-based role and will work closely with SMEs and scale-up companies across the UK to provide critical design services.Responsibilities• Lead the sales function within the semiconductor design services area, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and market presence.• Build and mentor a team of sales professionals and field application engineers (FAEs), shaping a high-performance sales organization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align offerings with customer needs and market trends.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of silicon, mixed-signal, and compound semiconductors to effectively engage with customers and prospects.• Represent the company with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the company’s position in the market.Qualifications• Proven sales and marketing expertise within the semiconductor industry.• Strong technical background with prior design experience.• Experience in leadership roles, including building and mentoring a team of sales professionals and FAEs.• Ability to work independently in a home-based setup and collaborate with SMEs and scale-up companies across the UK.For more information on this opportunity, please contact the recruiter.
