About the Role As Head of Business Development, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and lead the strategic growth agenda across the group. This newly created role provides a unique opportunity to shape and unify business development efforts across multiple operating companies, each with distinct capabilities and client bases. You ll initially oversee a small team of two, with a clear remit to expand as the group scales through organic growth and acquisitions.
