A close knit high-end residential consultancy based in South London, are searching for a highly professional Associate Director with high end residential and construction consultancy experience.The Company that the Associate Director will join: The Associate Director will be joining an experienced project management team that are well known for delivering high value projects within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from 15m- 600m.The Associate Director role:The Associate Director will be confident at providing leadership / direction to a growing project management team and will be overseeing the delivery of projects within the high end residential sector.The Associate Director will be delivering projects that range from new build developments, refurbishments to existing high end residential homes and alterations to existing estates.The Associate Director will be expected to be in the office/onsite four days per week and can work from home once a week.You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completionCommunicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractorsProvide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management teamReporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weeklyReviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraintsArranging meetings with clientsEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsAssoc
