We are looking for a charismatic and experienced Cocktail Bartender for a very high-end Asian restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of London''s South Kensington.This iconic venue is split over 2 floors with a world-renowned Exec Chef at the helm, delivering award-winning cocktails and phenomenal authentic Japanese cuisineThis role will focus on the main bar, helping to create cocktail lists and making quality drinks with some incredible ingredients.With new openings planned globally there will be opportunities to travel in the future to new locations and countries if desired.

The Role -

Cocktail Bartender- Part of a small, strong and supportive team- Creating cocktails, pre-batching and mis en place- Help with menu creation and restaurant dispense
