The Role - EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that foster a love for learning across EYFS or KS1. • Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. • Use a play-based and hands-on approach to learning, ensuring the needs of all pupils are met, including those with SEND and EAL. • Foster strong early literacy and numeracy skills through innovative teaching strategies. • Monitor pupil progress closely and use assessment to inform planning, ensuring all children achieve their full potential. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a strong school community. • Support children''s personal, social, and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence.
