We are seeking a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with proven experience in aids and adaptations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and practical experience of assessing, planning, and prescribing major adaptations to support service users in maintaining their independence and safety within their homes. Key Responsibilities: Undertake assessments for equipment, aids, and home adaptations in line with statutory requirements. Prescribe and recommend major adaptations, including structural changes, in accordance with housing and health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with service users, carers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver effective solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care and support plans. Maintain accurate and timely case records.
