As part of the business''s growth, they are looking to strengthen their operational teams by recruiting talented graduates who are looking to develop their career in to operations management.The roleAs an Operations Management Graduate you will be joining the business on an 18-month training plan developing your people skills, your organisational skills and your problem solving skills with the aim of becoming a key member of the site production team.The training programme includes time spent in various departments including quality assessment, planning and production management.
