You will have the support of a team of 14 employees, both full time and casual. You will be responsible and accountable for all food and beverage service areas including the fine dining, Bar, Conference and Banqueting, Room Service, Terraces and Lounge Service. Your focus will be the consistent delivery of high standards of guest service across all these FandB operational areas. In the General Managers absence, you will also have the opportunity of involvement in other areas including Housekeeping and Front of House departments.
