Your Mission: As Production Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a motivated team to deliver high-quality service on time, in full (OTIF). Your day-to-day will include: Leading improvement forums and quality circles to boost performance and efficiency Managing KPIs, analysing data, and implementing strategic improvements Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence Maintaining environmental responsibility across production processes Driving productivity and cost-effectiveness within your department What You ll Bring: Strong production management experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments A data-driven, quality-focused mindset Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to influence, motivate, and manage team performance (including SMART objectives) Proficient IT skills (MS Office, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint) Salary and Benefits: £42,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private Medic
