Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00The Opportunity300 North are partnering with a leading FM and engineering services provider to recruit a Technical Contract Manager to oversee a prestigious higher education portfolio across three Central London sites.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead a technically complex maintenance contract, managing operational delivery, compliance, client relationships and commercial performance across a high-profile estate.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services across a multi-site estate.Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards are consistently achieved.Manage engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.Drive health, safety, quality and compliance performance across the contract.Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Identify efficiencies, service improvements and contract growth opportunities.Oversee commercial performance including revenue, profitability, WIP and debt management.Produce operational and performance reports for senior management and client review meetings. About You Proven experience managing FM maintenance contracts within a client-facing environment.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance
