M&E Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Brighton

Salary: £40,000- £42,000
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Perks: Overtime Available, 25 days annual leave + public holidays

Our client, a highly respected name in the Facilities Management industry, is looking for a M&E Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team covering prestigious sites in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking a stable, Monday–Friday role with variety, autonomy, and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across two commercial sites
• Electrical fault finding, testing, and minor installations
• Supporting basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, fabric repairs)
• No call out is required for this role
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

What You’ll Need:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• Experience in building services or FM environments
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
• Comfortable with basic multi-trade tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
