My client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their Catford office covering Catford, Surrey Quays and Deptford areas. Car / driving licence not necessary, but preferable Job responsibilities Carry out viewings in a friendly, helpful, proactive way Answer the phone and book in viewings Follow up regularly and systematically with potential buyers Keep sellers updated Update Social Media platforms, with new properties and community information Negotiate offers and sell properties Do some valuations Be part of the team, working as a team Qualities Good level of life and work experience ( in estate agency and with the sales process) Genuine high attention to detail / diary management / well organised Ability to communicate and negotiate with all sorts of people in a proactive but friendly way Good level of experience of relating to people in a variety of settings and contexts Good written and spoken English Patient, positive, problem solver Friendly, unstressed, team player Go the extra mile Good with IT and quick to learn new IT Good with updating social media Live within easy commuting distance of SE6 Requirements 5 days a week Work most Saturdays (with 1 day off in the week, and 1 Saturday off per month) Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 h
