We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals who require support due to disabilities, mental health conditions, or other challenges. Your role-will involve helping clients maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and participate in their communities.-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist with daily living activities such as medication management, housaehold tasks-
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
• Support clients in social and recreational activities to enhance well-being
• Encourage and facilitate independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Liaise with family members, healthcare professionals,and other support network
• Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and well-being

Requirements:-

• Previouys experience in similar role-
• A caring and empathetic nature with strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required-
• Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care
• A valid DBS check
• COVID Vaccination certificate-
