You will be part of our Corporate People Team providing a first class front line HR Advisory service. You will be an advocate to the business ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.What you will do:Acting as a first line support for general HR queries, including Employee Relations and Payroll, providing timely and accurate advice in line with Ramsay HR policy, legislation and guidance from subject matter expertsWorking within our Workday and Rostering systems to ensure employee details are maintained and employees are paid correctly - full training will be providedEnsuring that all employee compliance checks are accurate and up to dateSupporting the induction process and ensuring that new starters have an excellent experienceAttending formal Employee Relations meetings as company witness and note takerResponsible for maintaining sickness records and the sickness absence processWhat you will bring with you:Experience of working in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Advisor capacity - CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experienceConfidence in and experience
