Job Title: Pipe Forming Assembly Operative Location: Denham Salary: £30,000 £32,000 per year The Role A precision engineering company in Denham is looking for a Pipe Forming Assembly Operative to join their production team. You will be responsible for assembling, forming, and hand-fitting pipes to exact specifications, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Cut and shape pipes using electric saws and pipe bending machines. Hand-fit pipes into assemblies, using digital measuring tools to ensure accuracy. Inspect components against quality standards and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor tools and equipment, arranging recalibration or replacement as needed. Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve production targets. Skills and Experience Required Experience in pipe assembly, forming, or fabrication (non-welding). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Basic manufacturing or engineering experience. Understanding of health and safety policies and COSHH regulations. SAP experience is desirable. Mechanical apprenticeship is an advantage.
