Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the BMS Design Department, overseeing daily operations. Ensure all design deliverables align with ISO 9001 Quality Control System standards. Conduct regular design reviews with design and project managers. Oversee and approve panel design and build processes. Attend project handovers and design meetings, working closely with design managers and project teams. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source technical information. Identify and communicate design variations that may affect project scope or contract terms. Monitor project design hours to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
